Who We Are
We are more than just an online betting platform. Timur99 built with one clear goal: to give Malaysian players the safest, fairest, and most enjoyable Live Casino, Sports Betting, and online gaming experience available — backed by local payment support that truly understands what local users need.
Mission & Vision
When timur99 was first being built, one simple question underpinned everything: why should Malaysian players have to compromise? Why use a platform that doesn't understand local payment methods, offers no Bahasa Melayu support, or delivers an experience that feels foreign and uncomfortable?
The answer to that question is timur99 – a platform built from the ground up for Malaysian players, not a foreign platform retrofitted for the local market. Every decision we make, from game selection to deposit methods, is guided by one thing: what works best and is most convenient for players in Malaysia.
We understand that trust is everything in this industry. You're entrusting your money to our platform – and that responsibility is not something we take lightly. That's why timur99 invests in best-in-class security infrastructure, transparent verification processes, and a fully reliable payment system.
To deliver a safe, fair, and enjoyable online betting experience for every Malaysian player – regardless of their background or bankroll. From newcomers trying it out for the first time to seasoned veterans seeking a VIP table – timur99 for everyone.
To be Malaysia's most trusted number one online casino and Sports Betting platform – with cutting-edge technology, the most complete game library, and an unrivalled user experience across Southeast Asia.

Our Story
Story timur99 was built on a simple but profound understanding: Malaysian players deserve better. Better security, better game selection, and a better overall experience genuinely designed around what local players need and expect.
When the founding team timur99 began planning this platform, they spent months speaking with players from across the country – Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, George Town, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching, and beyond. They wanted to understand the real problems Malaysian players faced on existing platforms at the time. The findings were clear: players were frustrated by slow deposit processes, customer support that didn't understand the local language or context, and game selections that didn't reflect local tastes.
Timur99 built to tackle all of these challenges — not one at a time, but comprehensively from the ground up. Our platform is built on infrastructure that can handle hundreds of thousands of concurrent users without lag, with a payment system directly integrated with Malaysia's leading eWallet providers, and a naturally flowing Bahasa Melayu interface.
At timur99, we understand that every player has different tastes. That's why we've made sure our platform has something for everyone. For Live Casino fans, we offer baccarat tables with over 14 variants including Punto Banco, Speed Baccarat, Baccarat Squeeze, and VIP Diamond. For blackjack lovers, there's Classic Live, Speed Blackjack, Infinite Blackjack, Power Blackjack, and VIP Blackjack — with table limits ranging from RM 1 to RM 30,000.
For sports bettors, timur99 offers betting markets covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, international badminton, e-sports, and virtual sports. Our odds are updated in real time and in-play betting is available for the majority of major matches. If you're a slots fan, we carry a collection of over 200 titles from top-tier game providers.
All games at timur99 uses an independently certified RNG (Random Number Generator) for computer-based games, while our live tables use real physical cards and dice witnessed through live cameras. This ensures every outcome is fair and tamper-proof – something we never compromise on.
One thing that timur99 takes very seriously is the health and wellbeing of our players. Gambling should be enjoyable entertainment, not a source of stress or financial difficulty. We provide a range of tools to help players stay in control: self-set daily deposit limits, per-session loss limits, per-game betting limits, and the option to temporarily or permanently self-exclude directly from the account menu.
Timur99 also provides a comprehensive responsible gaming guide to help players identify early signs of gambling problems and the steps they can take. We believe that players who game responsibly are happier and more loyal in the long run — and that's a goal we share with you.
Platform timur99 is built on cloud infrastructure that scales automatically on demand. This means even with thousands of active players during peak hours – such as during a Malaysia Super League final or a high-profile EPL match – our platform remains stable and responsive without any disruption. We use advanced caching technology to keep match odds updated in real time, with no delays that could cost players.
For live casino streaming, timur99 uses adaptive video streaming technology that automatically adjusts quality based on your internet speed. Whether you're on fast home WiFi or 4G on the go, your streaming experience stays smooth. This matters most when you're at a live table and every second counts.
Data security is an absolute priority at timur99. Beyond industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption, we also offer optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for player accounts, continuous account activity monitoring to detect suspicious access attempts, and data segregation that keeps your financial information stored separately from your gaming data. Our systems undergo regular penetration testing by independent cybersecurity firms.
Team timur99 always ready to help. Whether you have account questions, enquiries about current promotions, or feedback you'd like to share, you can reach us via 24-hour live chat within the platform or by email at support@timur99.best. We are committed to responding to all enquiries within 24 working hours.
